Grain Kitchen Notes publishes guides and takes no enquiries, which this page exists to say plainly.

Guides, Not Services

This section describes kitchen remodeling work as it is done in Bellevue, WA. Anyone wanting the work carried out needs a contractor, which this site is not.

How to Choose a Firm

For finding a contractor, the reliable approach has not changed. Put the same written specification to every firm, so the prices that come back are actually comparable.

Keeping Guides Current

Content is revised when it goes out of date. Accuracy is the only thing a reference site has to offer, and a page out of date on a code requirement is worse than no page at all.
